A one-month notice is required to terminate Preschool enrollment. In lieu of a one-month’s notice, one month’s tuition will be charged. Preschool charges are for the months of September thru May.

A total of five (5) absences are permitted during a term of enrollment (school and summer) for students. This includes all absences regardless of cause including illness, vacations, days with grandparents, holidays (when we are open), snow days, etc. This will be accounted for by turning in an absence coupon to cover the missed day. Coupons will be issued to you at the time of enrollment and at the beginning of the school and summer terms. If no coupon is turned in, you will be charged for the day as usual. This policy applies to all care except hourly extended care students. All missed days beyond your allotment are subject to regular tuition fees.

All tuition fees are due on Monday for the current week unless special arrangements are made with the Director. When payment is not received ahead of charges for the current week, a late fee will be added to the account. I realize that when my account reaches the dismissal limit of $100, I relinquish Teays Valley Child Development Center’s responsibility to provide child care services.

*If enrolling into both Day Care and Preschool the Enrollment Fee charge will be $50.00.

**Our licensing standards by the State of West Virginia require all children to participate in our hot lunch program.

***A weekly late fee of $20 will be added when payment is not received ahead of charges for the current week.
