A total of five (5) absences are permitted during a term of enrollment (school and summer) for students. This includes all absences regardless of cause including illness, vacations, days with grandparents, holidays (when we are open), snow days, etc. These days will be accounted for by turning in an absence coupon to cover the missed day. Coupons will be issued to you at the time of enrollment and at the beginning of the school and summer terms. If no coupon is turned in, you will be charged to the day as usual. This policy applies to all care except hourly extended care students. All missed days beyond your allotment are subject to regular tuition fees.

The Preschool term is a total of nine months with the first payment installment due September 1, and successive payments due on the first of each month thereafter.

There will be no tuition refund for the days missed because of illness, vacation, etc. Attendance during a calendar month constitutes a full month's attendance, and the full tuition for that month will be due. Preschool is closed on days that are outlined in the handbook.

A one-month notice is required to terminate enrollment. In lieu of one-month's notice, one month's tuition will be charged.
