Our licensing standards by the State of West Virginia require all children to participate in our hot lunch program.

Payment is due on your child's first scheduled day of the week. If payment is not received ahead of charges, a late fee of $20 will be added to the account. All tuition fees are based upon the above indicated schedules. Absence coupons are issued for the summer term and

are allotted according to the amount of attendance days per week. Any absences beyond coupons allotted will be subject to regular tuition charges. No coupons are allotted for the school term. There will be no charges on days when the center is closed.
